Rental Terms

Payment

All payments are made at vehicle handover in cash or by card. No online payment, no credit card hold, no bank transfer. Displayed prices include VAT.

Driver and age conditions

The driver must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving licence. German and EU licences are valid for touristic rental.

Deposit

A reasonable deposit may be taken at handover depending on the vehicle class; it is fully refunded when the car is returned undamaged and clean.

Mileage limit

A daily mileage limit applies. If exceeded, the contractual extra-km rate applies.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. After your request is confirmed, our team contacts you.

Pickup and return

Pickup and return at Antalya (AYT) and Gazipaşa-Alanya (GZP) airports and an agreed point within the region.
