Do I need a credit card to rent?
No. Payment is made at vehicle handover in cash or by card; no online payment or credit card hold.
How and when is payment made?
Payment is made only at vehicle pickup (cash or card). Displayed prices include VAT.
Can I pick up the car at the airport?
Yes. We offer meet & greet and handover at Gazipaşa-Alanya (GZP) and Antalya (AYT) airports. Just share your flight details.
What documents are required?
A valid driving licence, passport or ID card. German and EU licences are valid for touristic rental in Turkey.
What is the minimum age?
A minimum age of 18 applies for booking. Some higher classes may have stricter age or licence requirements.
Is a deposit required?
A reasonable deposit may be taken at handover depending on the class; it is fully refunded when the car is returned undamaged and clean.
Is VAT included in the prices?
Yes, all displayed prices include VAT with no hidden fees.
Is there a mileage limit?
A daily mileage limit applies. If exceeded, the contractual extra-km rate applies.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup.
How do I make a reservation?
Pick your dates, see available cars, click your preferred car and fill in the form. Your request reaches our team and is confirmed shortly.
Can I add a child seat or additional driver?
Yes, you can request it as an extra during booking or note it in the requests field.
