Castle and museum in the cool morning, beach and cave in the afternoon, harbour and sunset spots in the early evening — an ideal order. For Dim River and Sapadere, we suggest a separate half day.
Parking and driving tips
The castle road is narrow, steep and winding; an automatic car makes it much easier. There are paid/free car parks around the harbour and centre; on busy summer evenings, arriving early eases parking.
