Distance and duration
From Alanya it is about 400 km, 5–6 hours at normal driving. So we recommend either a very early start or an overnight stay in the area to explore comfortably the next day. Taking your time lets you see the terraces, Hierapolis and the Cleopatra Pool.

Most choose the inland route via Alanya → Manavgat → Akseki/Seydişehir, or a coast-and-inland combination. Mountain views and rest stops await along the way. Prepare your navigation and plan fuel breaks.

In summer, early morning or late afternoon is ideal to avoid the midday heat. In spring and autumn you can explore comfortably all day.
