Collecting a car at the airport may seem confusing the first time; in fact the process is easier and faster than you think. Below is our step-by-step process at Antalya (AYT) and Gazipaşa-Alanya (GZP) airports.
1. Share your flight details
Provide your flight number and landing time when booking. This lets us track your flight and be ready for your arrival. If plans change, just let us know easily via WhatsApp.
2. Meet & greet at the terminal
Our representative meets you with a name sign at the terminal exit. If your flight is delayed we wait at no extra charge; handover happens even for late-night arrivals.
3. Documents and payment
You show your licence and passport, sign the short contract and pay at handover in cash or by card. No online charge in advance. We check the fuel level and any existing scratches together and record them.
4. Returning the car
Return is at the agreed time at the same airport point. When you return the car undamaged at the contracted fuel level, any deposit is fully refunded. We plan the timing to suit your return flight.
